Recently, xTerraLink was awarded a subcontract from Gemalto - a prime contractor for the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) - where xTerraLink managed and deployed over 525 Document Authentication Devices across 167 locations across the state of California. xTerraLink's Infrastructure Team traveled across the state and partnered with Gemalto to work with the local DMV sites to test and deploy the systems. xTerraLink's Project Management Office created a comprehensive project schedule with a Management Dashboard that outlined the details of the implementation and elevated daily progress that Gemalto Management and DMV used to report to the DMV Executive Team.
