Rami J. Zreikat

Rami J. Zreikat Founder of xTerraLink, a company focused on Safeguarding Information Assets. Prior to founding his Security, Privacy Technology and Services company, Rami spent the last 25 years as an IT professional developing enterprise mainframe applications, then moving into Client Server technology to deliver complex medium and small business solutions. Rami spent several years with EDS (now part of HP), Deloitte Consulting, and Intel leading various teams to deliver technology services and solutions for the Public (e.g., The State of California's Welfare Case Data Systems), and Private Sectors (e.g., Kaiser Permanente). Rami carries several certifications, CIPT, CISSP, HCISPP, CISA, CISM, PMP, PAHM, ITLv2 and is an active member of the local ISACA Sacramento Chapter, a Board member and teaches ISACA pre-certification courses. Rami is also an active member of the Sacramento InfraGard Chapter.

Kevin Dickey

Kevin Dickey is a veteran in the field of Information Technology, Security and Privacy, with over 37 years of progressive government experience including 24 years in State Service and 13 years in County Service directing the planning, development and deployment of multi-billion dollar enterprise-level IT processes, applications and infrastructure projects for state and local government clients. Kevin served in many strategic roles, recently as the Privacy and HIPAA Advisor and Consultant to the California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) Chief Privacy Officer. Prior to CCHCS, Kevin was the Deputy CIO and County Chief Information Security Officer for Contra Costa County, and prior to Contra Costa, Kevin served as the Information Security Officer of the California State Lottery.

Alnore Deen

Alnore Deen MSFS FCMA - Alnore is the Director of xTerraLink's Business Strategy & Operations. Alnore has over 30 years of experience in business and technical environments specializing in business strategies & processes to achieve results. In various groups within Intel he has evaluated existing business processes and worked with management to articulate visions and identified strategies. The implementation in some groups required re-engineering programs. This effort required maintaining existing processes while concurrently building new ones. Implementing effective change management processes was critical to ensure minimal impact to clients during transition phases. Alnore's passion has been and continues to be - to do the right thing the right way. This required him to achieve various academic certifications (the right things) and the business & personal relationship acumen (the right way) to get results. He was awarded over 20 divisional recognition awards, an unprecedented annual rate for such high-level accolades. After his retirement in 2008, Alnore wanted to add value to the community at large and now works primarily with small enterprises and entrepreneurs to achieve their goals.

Omar Khoury

Omar Khoury is a Sales and Marketing Manager for xTerraLink. He is based in Sacramento, CA and works with the company’s sales and marketing of xTerraLink’s Online HIPAA Compliance Portal. Omar works directly with the medical offices, assisting them through the process of signing up for the xTerraLink HIPAA Compliance Portal, setting up the portal to fit the medical office’s needs, and following up with any maintenance or questions the office may have regarding the portal.

Omar has worked as a Marketing Manager for ERF Marking in assisting Raley’s and Bel-Air Supermarkets to introduce their “Something Extra� rewards program, and was the top store in the district for percentage of customers signed up. He is currently a student at the California State University of Sacramento majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Security. In his spare time he enjoys the great outdoors; anything from hiking, snowboarding, to kayaking down the river.

Sarah Kassis

Sarah Kassis is xTerraLink's Business Development and Account Executive, and the company's face to the customers and the business partners. As xTerraLink's Business Development Manager, Sarah anchors on creative techniques that are designed to grow the company's business opportunities by being responsible for assessing marketing opportunities and target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors, generating leads for possible sales, follow-up sales activity, leading formal proposal writing and creating new business model designs. Sarah is constantly evaluating xTerraLink's business looking for opportunities that expand xTerraLink's reach and profit revenues. Sarah brings to the post over 20 years of experience in Markets Program Development.

Zarex G. dela Cruz

Zarex G. dela Cruz, CISSP, CEH is a Forensic Systems Analyst at Oracle, primarily involved in the Forensic investigations and eDiscovery. Rex also worked with Security Operations of Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Security Information/Events Management, and several Security-centered projects. Rex holds a Bachelor degree in Information System Security, a degree in Software Application and Development, and a degree in Computer Engineering.

Rex enjoys reading books, watching movies, and doing his Do-It-Yourself Home Improvements. He also does drawings and paintings and tries his very best playing his guitar. He currently lives in the capital of California - Sacramento.

During his spare times (if he gets one) he does software development, web, graphics, hardening servers, digital forensic analysis, and web2.0 networking. Rex holds several certifications in Security, Networking, Best Practices, and more. In Security, Rex is a CISSP, CEH, and Security+ certified.
